49ers vs. Seahawks 2013 game recap: Marshawn Lynch scores three in 29-3 Seattle win

The game of the week turned into a blowout in the second half.

The Seattle Seahawks beat the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night 29-3 with a dominating defensive effort and an impressive performance on the ground from Marshawn Lynch.

From the start of the game, it was a sloppy contest between the two teams. Lightning suspended play in the first quarter, and both quarterbacks had a tough time taking care of the football. Russell Wilson was intercepted once, and Colin Kaepernick threw three picks of his own.

But Lynch stole the show, rushing for two touchdowns and catching another. He was unquestionably the difference in the game, though both defenses played well throughout.

Injury report

Vernon Davis left the game with a hamstring injury and did not return.

Fantasy studs and duds

Lynch was the biggest stud of the night with three total touchdowns and over 100 total yards. Kaepernick was among the fantasy duds on Sunday night, though plenty of players disappointing fantasy owners in this one. He threw three interceptions and lost a fumble in the game. Anquan Boldin was held to one catch in the process. Frank Gore ran for a total of 16 yards on fewer than two yards per carry.

Did they cover?

The Seahawks were favored by three points, according to Odds Shark. They easily covered the spread.
