How to watch Bears vs. Lions 2013 online, TV schedule, radio and more
The Bears and Lions meet as the two top teams in the NFC North.
The Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions meet on Sunday in a divisional matchup between two teams not many expected to be at the top of the NFC North standings.
The Bears have pulled off three close wins to start the season despite uneven performances in each game against a couple of struggling teams. Chicago jumped all over a mistake-prone Pittsburgh Steelers team in Week 3, taking advantage of five forced turnovers, including three fumbles, to jump out to a 27-10 lead. The Steelers were able to get back into the game and threatened to make a comeback, but a Julius Peppers fumble return for a touchdown sealed the 40-23 victory.
The Lions have taken advantage of matching up against a couple of struggling teams, as well, getting off to a 2-1 start, which includes a 27-20 win over the Washington Redskins last week. Quarterback Matthew Stafford leads the No. 2 passing offense in the NFL, with six touchdowns and just two interceptions through the first three games. The Lions have been fairly one dimensional, however, and now face one of the NFL’s staunchest rushing defenses against Chicago.
