The Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins will square off on Sunday, Sept. 8, to kick off the 2013 season at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
NFL picks and predictions, Dolphins vs. Browns: Cleveland getting love
The season gets going for these two with a evenly matched contest in many eyes.

It marks the beginning of a year for Miami in which they're expected to make a jump and perhaps even earn a playoff berth. The Dolphins added several players in the offseason, most notably Dannell Ellerby and wide receiver Mike Wallace via free agency. Joe Philbin's team also lost some key pieces however, in tight end Anthony Fasano, running back Reggie Bush and left tackle Jake Long.
The Browns come in with another fresh start. Rob Chudzinski is the new head coach and Norv Turner is the offensive coordinator fresh off his stint as the San Diego Chargers top man. Turner will be looking to stretch the field at every opportunity, something that fits the skill set of Brandon Weeden.
As for predictions, all eight analysts for CBS Sports are picking Cleveland to get the victory. They all expect the Browns to cover the 1.5-point spread as well. Of the four ESPN experts that picked, only Ron Jaworski is siding with the Dolphins.
