Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll addressed the media on Wednesday in preparation for his team's NFC Championship matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, and it's still possible that the Seahawks could be as healthy as they've been all season long. Carroll noted that outside linebacker K.J. Wright practiced on Wednesday, and that it looks "promising" that Wright could return from a broken foot.

The Seahawks are hoping to be in tip-top shape for Sunday’s big game. Will Harvin and Wright be good to go by then?
Wright broke a bone in his foot in Seattle's 19-17 loss to the 49ers in Week 14 and has not played since. The team would really benefit from having Wright, one of the top coverage linebackers in the league, to cover San Francisco tight end Vernon Davis.
Davis caught 13 of Colin Kaepernick’s 21 touchdown passes in the regular season, and has caught a touchdown in each of the 49ers two playoff wins this year. But Davis had just five catches for 51 yards against Seattle in two games this season, and Wright’s health could play an important factor on Sunday. Of course, he’s not the Seahawks’ player that most are curious about.
Carroll added in the press conference that wide receiver Percy Harvin did not practice and that he would meet with doctors in the afternoon to assess his recovery from a concussion suffered in Seattle's 23-15 win over the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round. It was just the second game that Harvin has played in all season and he had three catches for 21 yards before leaving.
Though this is the biggest game that Carroll has ever coached during his career as an NFL head coach, he said that the team isn’t going to treat it any differently than any other game.
“We don’t change anything.” Carroll, on the biggest message he relays to his team during NFC Championship week. “That’s the whole point of the way we prepare. We’re trying to play the best we can possibly play every time we go out. ... We should be at the best we’ve been.”
The Seahawks and 49ers play at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday in Seattle. The two split their season series, with the home team winning in both contests.
