Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford left Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a left arm injury and a concussion. He went down and came up holding his shoulder, obviously in pain. He quickly went to the locker room after getting to the sideline.
Mark Sanchez replaces Sam Bradford after injury vs. Dolphins
Bradford sustained a left arm injury in the third quarter and was also diagnosed with a concussion.

The Eagles originally said that Bradford would have to get X-rays and that he was questionable to return. They then announced the X-rays were negative, but that he would not return to the game. He was then diagnosed with a concussion on top of that.
Bradford sustained an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder, but it’s unclear how much time he’ll miss, if any, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
Bradford was replaced by backup Mark Sanchez late in the third quarter. Bradford had completed 19 of 25 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown before leaving the game. He was also sacked four times for a loss of 39 yards before leaving.
Sanchez is in his seventh season in the league, and last saw significant playing time with the Eagles last season. He played in nine games and completed 64.1 percent of his passes for 2,418 yards with 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. On his career, his numbers look a lot worse, with a 56.3 completion percentage, 82 touchdowns and 80 interceptions.
Bradford has been so-so this season. He's thrown 10 touchdowns and 10 interceptions, and has led the Eagles to 4-4 record. The team traded for him this offseason, sending Nick Foles and draft picks to the St. Louis Rams.
