Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a shoulder injury that is reportedly a fractured left clavicle. Romo was sacked and fumbled on the play, and was down on the field being attended to by trainers. He was holding his left shoulder while on the ground, then mouthed "It's broken" while walking off the field.

Romo is the team’s starting quarterback, and has been since 2006. He was having a decent game when he went down with the injury, completing 18 of 27 passes for 195 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. In Week 1, Romo threw for 356 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions.
Brandon Weeden is the primary backup and now likely starter. Weeden saw action in four games last season, completing 24 of 41 passes for 303 yards with three touchdowns and two interception. He last saw serious time as the starter for the Cleveland Browns in 2013.
