The Cleveland Browns still can’t find a win and they’re five losses away from joining the 2008 Detroit Lions as the only teams to ever go 0-16, but it’s still unfair to rule out a victory in the final five weeks.
NFL Draft 2017 order: The Browns and 49ers are still battling for the 1st pick
Even at 0-11, the first pick could still fall out of the Browns’ hands.

Cleveland is the 12th team to start 0-11 in the NFL and of the previous 11, nine managed to find wins before the end of the year. Only the 0-14 Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1976 and the aforementioned Lions continued to lose through the remainder of the season.
If the Browns can find another win, the San Francisco 49ers could be ready to snag the No. 1 pick away, as the 49ers haven’t won since their season opener against the Los Angeles Rams.
While the 49ers played reasonably well against the Arizona Cardinals and New England Patriots in the last two weeks, the team is still just 1-9 and narrowly owns the strength of schedule tiebreaker over the Browns.
Still, it’s the Browns at No. 1 and the 49ers at No. 2 in the 2017 NFL Draft order for another week. Here’s the full top 20 through Week 11:
