Lightning Vs. Penguins, Game 5: Steven Stamkos, Simon Gagne Get On Board; Bolts Lead, 2-0
Well, things have changed in the first period of a must-win Game 5. Simon Gagne and Steven Stamkos each scored their first goals of the postseason less than a minute apart late in the period.

The power play has been horrible for the Penguins all season (and really, for longer than that), and that’s continued into the postseason. Despite two chances in the first period with the man advantage, the Pens weren’t able to capitalize and thus, they’re down after 20 minutes.
Dwayne Roloson made 13 saves for the Bolts in the first, while Marc-Andre Fleury made six on eight shots.
