Lightning Vs. Penguins, Game 7: Tampa Bay Upsets The Penguins With 1-0 Win
Sean Bergenheim scored the lone goal for the Lightning in the second period which was created by a nice pass by Dominic Moore. Moore created the chance by outskating a Penguins defender and taking the puck behind the net. He fluttered a backhand pass to Bergenheim which caught Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury out of position and Bergenheim put it in the open net.
The Penguins outshot the Lightning 36-23 in the game including a 14-5 third period. Goaltender Dwayne Roloson has been the hero for the Lightning in the last three games as he kept the Lightning in this game from the beginning.
The Lightning will now face the Washington Capitals in the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. For more information on this game, please visit our Penguins site, Pensburgh, and our Lightning site, Raw Charge. For more on this series, check out our series page.
