Wings vs. Oilers: Pavel Datsyuk wins it for Detroit with sick overtime goal
What else did you expect?

Pavel Datsyuk hadn't scored in 12 games leading up to Detroit's game in Edmonton on Friday.
So what happened in overtime really shouldn’t surprise anyone.
As the extra frame was winding down, the Oilers gave Johan Franzen way too much room to maneuver in the neutral zone. I think the Edmonton broadcaster had it right when he described it as wandering. Franzen just floated around and waited for Pavel Datsyuk to come flying through the zone.
Datsyuk picked up the pass, blazed ahead into Edmonton ice, went one way, deked Jeff Petry completely out of his skates (poor, poor Jeff Petry) and fired a sizzling wrister past Devan Dubnyk to win the game for the Red Wings.
Datsyukian indeed.
