Juventus Vs. AC Milan: Kevin-Prince Boateng Replaced By Alberto Aquilani

Shortly after lineups were released for the Juventus - AC Milan match, Kevin-Prince Boateng was replaced in midfield by Alberto Aquilani. Apparently the Milan attacker re-injured his back in the warmup and will not be able to start tonight. Aquilani, on loan at Juve last season, last started for Milan against Udinese, his dismal performance one of many in that 1-1 home draw. Massimo Allegri is no doubt hoping for a performance more like Aquilani's against Napoli, when he scored the opening goal and threatened more.

The Old Lady, meanwhile, are looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the season, although likely trying to improve on their recent performance, with the last two matches being draws against Bologna and Catania. Milan have won just once in four matches, to hapless Cesena, and a win here would really help them re-establish their intention to retain the scudetto. Having Zlatan Ibrahimović back certainly won't hurt.
