Traditional deadline day big spender Harry Redknapp is hard at work retooling Queens Park Rangers as they attempt to avoid relegation back to the Championship. The latest rumor has QPR in talks with Liverpool to bring Fabio Borini to London on deal that could be worth up to £10 million.

He spent the entirety of last season out on loan at Sunderland, and there have been rumors swirling around him most of the summer. With Borini clearly not in Brendan Rodgers' long-term plans at Anfield, it makes sense that the Reds would be looking to move him.
