Queens Park Rangers have reportedly bid on Liverpool’s Fabio Borini

Harry Redknapp is reportedly working hard to bring Fabio Borini to London on a permanent deal

Traditional deadline day big spender Harry Redknapp is hard at work retooling Queens Park Rangers as they attempt to avoid relegation back to the Championship. The latest rumor has QPR in talks with Liverpool to bring Fabio Borini to London on deal that could be worth up to £10 million.

Borini joined Liverpool in 2012 but has only made 13 appearances for the club. He spent the entirety of last season out on loan at Sunderland, and there have been rumors swirling around him most of the summer. With Borini clearly not in Brendan Rodgers' long-term plans at Anfield, it makes sense that the Reds would be looking to move him.

Transfer deadline day

Sunderland fans had been hoping to bring Borini back to the Stadium of Light after his successful season with the Black Cats, but it looks like that isn’t going to happen.
