Play was suspended on Friday due to the high winds, after gusts between 20-30 MPH began moving golf balls on the greens. Many of the afternoon groups had just begun their rounds when play was called, with little-known South African golfer Louis Oosthuizen leading the field at 12-under after finishing his second round with a 5-under 67.
