NCAA Bracket 2011: Printable Bracket Updated With Butler, UConn In NCAA Championship Game

NCAA bracket 2012 is here.

From 68 to two, the 2011 NCAA Tournament has reached its final stage after Butler and UConn advanced to the NCAA Championship Game with Final Four wins on Saturday. Both games lived up to the hype and were close throughout the second half as all four teams laid it all on the line with a chance to play for the NCAA Championship hanging in the balance.

The latest 2011 NCAA Tournament printable bracket can be found here.

VCU gave Butler its best shot, but came up short after being unable to sustain the frenetic pace that’s been consistent throughout the tournament. The Rams came out of the locker hot in both the first and second halves, jumping out to a quick lead to start the game and clawing back from a six-point deficit in the second half to give the Bulldogs a scare. But Butler was too much, and pulled away with the game winding down to secure a 70-62 win and a return trip to the NCAA Championship Game.

The Bulldogs will meet UConn, who took down Kentucky in a hard-fought, back-and-forth game. UConn built a six-point lead by holding Kentucky scoreless for a five and a half minute stretch midway through the second half, then held on for a 55-54 win despite not making a field goal over the final 2:28. Kemba Walker was everywhere again for the Huskies, finishing with 16 points, six rebounds and seven assists as UConn continued an impressive run that began in the Big East Tournament.

UConn and Butler meet in the NCAA Championship Game on Monday night, live on CBS.
