Following their Week 1 debacle in which Donovan McNabb passed for just 39 yards, it's a little surprising to see the Minnesota Vikings are favorites against anyone, anywhere. But here they are in Week 2 at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as 3-point favorites and holding steady. The over/under is set at 41.5, which also seems a bit high for two teams that combined for just 37 points in Week 1.

Part of the equation is, of course, that they are playing the Bucs, a team about whom we still don't know much. We know Josh Freeman looked decent in the season-opener, tossing a touchdown and throwing for 259 yards. But he needed 43 passes to do it and only got 15 yards from starting back LeGarrette Blount in support.

Another factor playing into that seemingly high over/under is that neither one of these defenses looked very good in Week 1. They each allowed more than 400 yards of offense and combined to surrender 51 points.
