New York Jets RB Shonn Greene etched out a decent fantasy day in an otherwise dismal game in Week 13. Against the Arizona Cardinals, Greene had 24 carries for 104 yards. It was mostly empty yardage with 4.3 YPC, as the Jets offense sputtered all game.
Shonn Greene racks up 100 yards for fantasy owners
Shonn Greene had one of the few positive stat-lines in an ugly game. We break down the fantasy implications.
The Jets eventually "rallied" when Greg McElroy took over for Mark Sanchez and won 7-6.
Fantasy Impact: Greene has been an uninspiring fantasy play all season, so the few owners who still own him will be happy with the century yards.
The Jets take on the Jaguars in Week 14, and with the QB situation in flux (again), Greene remains little more than a RB2/flex option down the stretch.
