Week 11 of the 2017 regular season is just about coming to a close with the Monday Night Football game remaining. Most fantasy football leagues will run their waiver wires late Tuesday or early Wednesday, but we are here to help you get a jump on the best options to consider.

We will be ranking the top five players likely to be available in your league at each of the four major positions. Some weeks there might not be five good options available, but we’ll scour for the best we can find. Additionally, throughout the week, we will update each of these articles as ownership percentages change and news arrives. The following ownership percentages come via CBS Sportsline entering Week 11.
Eric Ebron, Detroit Lions (45)
Now it’s a trend. Ebron had his third straight solid game, this time making his most catches in a game since Week 2, posting a 4-49 line against a tough Bears pass defense. The Vikings are a little less formidable against the tight end position, so Ebron figures to make a Thanksgiving Day splash.
Howard actually had one more target in Week 11 than Cameron Brate, and you wonder if Ryan Fitzpatrick is starting to develop a little chemistry with the rookie. Howard scored his third touchdown of the season among his three catches. If the shift to Howard is underway, best to get in on the action now.
Lost in the Antonio Brown show last Thursday was the breakout game for the second-year tight end. James matched his season high with eight targets and had his second-most catches with five, numbers he hadn’t achieved since Week 1. He also scored his first touchdown since the opener. If Vance McDonald misses more time, James might be ready to assume the Heath Miller role on this team.
Adam Shaheen, Chicago Bears (1)
Shaheen appears to have found his niche as the replacement for the injured Zach Miller. After making two catches in Week 10, Shaheen posted a 4-41-1 line on Sunday. Mitchell Trubisky loved throwing to Miller, so Shaheen could become a larger presence as he earns more of his rookie quarterback’s trust.
Who? That’s a name that’s hard to forget, and neither was his performance on Sunday. The rookie had the first three catches of his career and, oh yeah, two went for touchdowns. Is this for real? Might be worth picking him up to find out.
