The NFL is just about set to wrap up Week 9 of the 2017 regular season, with Monday Night Football the only game remaining. Most fantasy football leagues will run their waiver wires late Tuesday or early Wednesday, but we are here to help you get a jump on the best options to consider.

We will be ranking the top five players likely to be available in your league at each of the four major positions. Some weeks there might not be five good options available, but we’ll scour for the best we can find. Additionally, throughout the week, we will update each of these articles as ownership percentages change and news arrives. The following ownership percentages come via Yahoo! entering Week 10.
Here are the top five tight end options to consider heading into Week 10.
Tyler Kroft (40 percent)
C.J. Fiedorowicz (10 percent)
George Kittle (13 percent)
Ed Dickson (40 percent percent)
Jesse James (11 percent)
There are some intriguing streaming options at tight end. George Kittle will face a poor New York Giants squad, and given all the San Francisco 49ers’ injuries, somebody has to be targeted in the passing game. Meanwhile, Tyler Kroft has quietly become a useful option. He has not matched his two-touchdown effort in Week 4, but he is a useful pass catcher for the Bengals. He had 79 yards in Week 9, 46 yards in Week 8, and a touchdown to go with 23 yards in Week 7.
The most intriguing option might be C.J. Fiedorowicz, if Houston activates him off injured reserve. Losing Deshaun Watson is a tough loss, but Fiedorowicz could be a useful safety valve for Tom Savage.
