We’ve finally reached the climax of the fantasy football season. The playoffs started last week for many leagues, and continue into Week 15 with the semifinals (or early rounds, in case you’re one of those cretins who plays into Week 17). Every top-end starter should be locked into lineups this week, but the waiver wire is still important.

For the most part, the wide receiver position avoided serious injuries in Week 14. Amari Cooper sat out with a concussion and has a chance to return this week. Robert Woods should also be back after missing several games with a shoulder injury. And JuJu Smith-Schuster returns from his one-game suspension. Fantasy owners will be getting back some key reinforcements for the playoffs.
That said, it never hurts to keep playing the wire, so here are the top wide receiver options owned in less than 50 percent of Yahoo! leagues.
Mike Wallace, Baltimore Ravens (40 percent)
The Ravens rediscovering the deep ball has been one of the more pleasant surprises in recent weeks. It’s certainly benefited Wallace, who vaulted back to fantasy relevance with 17 catches for 292 yards and a touchdown in the last four games. He’s become the clear No. 1 receiver with Jeremy Maclin struggling and a collection of anonymous randos behind him. Wallace will remain a boom-or-bust option for the fantasy playoffs and has a good matchup with the Cleveland Browns.
Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks (39 percent)
Lockett hasn’t quite taken a third-year leap as expected, but perhaps he’s getting hot at the right time with a touchdown in two straight games. Last week, he cleared 100 total yards (90 receiving, 10 rushing) for just the second time all year, and did it against a fierce Jacksonville Jaguars defense. Lockett is still hard to trust even with Russell Wilson racking up the yardage, but he’s a worthy streamer against the Los Angeles Rams, who lost one of their starting cornerbacks to a torn Achilles.
Dede Westbrook, Jacksonville Jaguars (30 percent)
Still filling the stat sheet in place of Allen Hurns, Westbrook capped off an impressive Jaguars win with his first NFL touchdown. He finished the day with five catches for 81 yards and the score. With Blake Bortles playing well, and Westbrook/Marqise Lee emerging as a quality receiver duo, the Jags’ offense is trending up as the playoffs approach. Westbrook will be on the WR3 radar against the Houston Texans.
Corey Coleman, Cleveland Browns (28 percent)
Perhaps the Browns were too eager to showcase Josh Gordon, as Coleman disappeared from the game plan in Week 13 while Gordon gobbled up 11 targets. Maybe they got it out of their system now — Gordon and Coleman both had six targets against the Green Bay Packers, with Coleman securing five catches for 62 yards. With DeShone Kizer playing better lately (albeit still with the crippling turnovers), the Browns offense has steadied. Coleman is a risky bet down the stretch, but he has upside against a Baltimore Ravens defense that just gave up 506 yards to Ben Roethlisberger.
