Brett Favre is reportedly expected to be fined for his role in the case involving Jenn Sterger, according to reports.
Brett Favre Being Sued By Two Massage Therapists For Alleged Sexual Harassment
Scavo alleges Favre made unwelcome advances and that the team cut ties with her after she complained. She also alleges Favre refused to apologize to her husband once he found out she was married, which I do not believe is illegal, though I am not a lawyer.

Sterger has also said that she would not pursue a case based on sexual harassment or a violation of the NFL’s personal conduct policy if Goodell were to discipline Favre and implement a league-wide sexual harassment policy.
Goodell is expected to make a decision on the matter before the season ends. That is an important date, because Favre has already said he intends to retire. If this goes past the end of the season, then there is no punishment that the NFL can place upon a retired Favre.

Phil Reese, the manager for Jenn Sterger, the former New York Jets game emcee who allegedly received inappropriate text messages and photos from Brett Favre, on Tuesday claimed that Favre’s agent had contacted him asking whether Reese would accept hush money.
Bus Cook, the agent for Favre, countered that representatives for Sterger had, in fact, contacted him seeking payment. Cook maintains that Sterger’s motivations in the scandal remain financially related.
