Miami Dolphins vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Miami Dolphins (2-0) take a trip in-state to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday. After spending much of the first week seeking a trade for Denver Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton, the team broke off talks and stuck with Chad Henne. The preseason results so far have been mixed. Henne threw two interceptions in the first game, but came back with a 15-for-24, 194-yard performance. He's not a world-beater, but Matt Moore isn't an outstanding option either.

Reggie Bush made his preseason debut for the Dolphins last week against the Panthers and showed he can be a difference-maker. He rushed eight times for 48 yards and caught two passes for 33 yards. He is the team's starting running back, and not even the addition of former Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson is going to change that. Johnson is not guaranteed a spot on the final 53-man roster.

The Buccaneers (1-1) found themselves in a deep hole after the first quarter of their preseason game with the New England Patriots last week. Tom Brady threw two touchdown passes and BenJarvus Green-Ellis ran for a touchdown (and added a second one in the second quarter) for the 21-0 lead. An interception return by Elbert Mack and a two-yard run by Allen Bradford in the second half put 14 points on the board, but it proved too little as the Patriots scored 31 points. As well, Mason Foster's hit on Chad Ochocinco received a $20,000 fine.

SB Nation Tampa Bay isn't feeling as good about the Bucs after that loss, justifiable in some regards. Bucs Nation is also a bit miffed that their four players on ESPN's Scouts Inc. Top 200 players don't start appearing until No. 148, quarterback Josh Freeman's spot. As with all things preseason, there might be a bit too much read into all of this. Expect Bucs starters to play the entire first half of this game.
