As improbable as it may seem, either the Buffalo Bills or the Oakland Raiders are going to start the season 2-0. What's even crazier is that the Bills went to Kansas City and won 41-7 and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw four touchdowns. A repeat performance on either count seems highly unlikely, but that over/under of 42.5 seems mighty interesting.
NFL Odds Week 2: Raiders Vs. Bills
The Bills are favored by 3.5 at home, mainly out of skepticism it would seem. While the Raiders went on the road to win their season opener, 23-20 over the Denver Broncos, they didn't exactly look like world beaters. Jason Campbell threw for just 103 yards and the Raiders were plenty content to give the ball to Darren McFadden, who rushed for 150 yards. Despite the win, they've still won just two games outside of their division since last year.
Taken at face value, though, the Bills are pretty likable. Fitzpatrick's performance was bolstered by 163 rushing yards, 112 of which belonged to Fred Jackson and the defense created three turnovers.
