The Indianapolis Colts put up a dud against the Houston Texans last week, but with one game under their belt the Colts can attack their own issues. Still, the Colts are three-point underdogs, according to Odds Shark. At least one odds-maker has the Browns just a 1-1/2 point favorite, so this game is expected to be a tossup. The over/under is between 37 and 40 points, depending on which odds-maker is looked at.
NFL Odds Week 2: Browns Vs. Colts
Can Kerry Collins lead the Indianapolis Colts over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday? They enter the game as underdogs.

That over/under is likely due to the Colts' anemic offense in Week 1, scoring just seven points. Without Peyton Manning, the offense still needs time to adjust to Kerry Collins under center. He wasn't great, completing just 16-of-31 passes for 197 yards. Surely the Colts won't completely implode with Peyton Manning absent?
The Browns are coming off a disappointing loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, 27-17. Colt McCoy had looked impressive during the preseason and he was going against a Bengals team that was starting rookie quarterback Andy Dalton. Even when Dalton went down, the Browns weren't able to hold onto the lead. McCoy finished 19-of-40 passing and Bengals' backup quarterback Bruce Gradkowski found rookie A.J. Green for the go-ahead touchdown.
