Hue Jackson Is Fired And Oakland Raiders Fans Don’t Like It

The Oakland Raiders decided to fire head coach Hue Jackson on Tuesday, according to a report from ESPN, and the reactions from the Raiders faithful over at SB Nation’s Silver and Black Pride aren’t good for the team. It seems most Raiders fans do not approve of this move.

A sampling of the comments from Silver and Black Pride, SB Nation’s Raiders blog:

I loved Hues attitude and how he turned our offense around too bad we couldnt get a decent DC to help him out. I hope we can get a big name coach in here because thats what its going to take to make this enen remotely look like a good decision.

I know we’re turning a page with the death of Mr. Davis. But look at what Hue did with this offense. I wonder what led to this. Really shocked and disappointed.

We missed the playoffs cause JC and DMC were hurt, Hue wasnt great but he wasnt bad and it wasnt fully his fault. The CP trade sucked but it wasnt the main reason for our fall. We cant keep firing coaches like this

Unfortunately, this shouldn’t be shocking considering how the Raiders recycle coaches, especially over the last decade.
