The St. Louis Rams are in the midst of a total housecleaning. The team fired head coach Steve Spagnuolo on Black Monday and they did the same to GM Billy Devaney, who has been with the team since the 2008 season, according to Michael Lombardi. In the last three years, the Rams have won just 10 games so this move is hardly a surprise.

The Rams are in total housecleaning mode. After firing head coach Steve Spagnuolo, they fired GM Billy Devaney.
Devaney's biggest move as GM may still be a good one -- drafting Sam Bradford. Though the QB struggled this year he's still a good pick. Outside of that, the word "bust" comes up too often in regards to the guys Devaney picked.
The Rams are now in the market for a new head coach and a new GM. St. Louis should be an attractive place to look considering they have a young quarterback, lots of salary cap room and the No. 2 pick in the 2012 NFL draft. Despite the struggles lately, they have a lot going for them (which sounds strange to say about a two-win team).
