49ers vs. Seahawks score: Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch give Seattle 28-6 lead

The Seahawks completely dominated the first half, as the combo of Wilson and Lynch has been an unstoppable duo for Seattle thus far.

The Seattle Seahawks came to play on Sunday night. After executing about as well as any team can in the first half, the Seahawks hold a commanding 28-6 lead over the 49ers in front of a rowdy crowd at CenturyLink Field.

Russell Wilson has been nearly flawless against one of the league's best defensive units. He has completed eight of his nine pass attempts for 98 yards and two touchdowns. Marshawn Lynch has also had a big night so far, carrying the ball 12 times for 64 yards and a score.

On Seattle’s first drive of the game, Lynch powered his way through multiple would-be tacklers before scoring on a 24-yard run. The Seahawks followed that up with another touchdown drive as Wilson connected with Lynch to give Seattle a 14-0 lead.

The big blow of the game for San Francisco came on a chip-shot field goal attempt. Red Bryant blocked the kick and Richard Sherman returned it 90 yards to give Seattle a 21-point advantage.

The 49ers finally got on the board on their next drive with a field goal from David Akers. Seattle responded quickly, though, as Wilson hit Anthony McCoy in the end zone to make the score 28-3. Akers hit a 54-yard field goal in the closing seconds of the half to cut the deficit to 28-6 before the break.
