One of the most anticipated games of the season is the Week 7 matchup between the Broncos and Colts on Sunday Night Football. The game is notable because of Peyton Manning's return to Indianapolis. Manning was released by the Colts in the summer of 2012 after he won several NFL MVP awards, earned Pro Bowl honors and brought a Super Bowl title to Indianapolis. He is now with the Broncos and is breaking tons of passing records while Denver has remained undefeated.

Still, his former boss, Colts owner Jim Irsay, has no regrets about making the move from Manning to Andrew Luck, according to USA Today's Jarrett Bell. The Colts drafted Luck with the first-overall pick in 2012's draft, and he led the team to a playoff berth a year after the Broncos finished last in the league while Manning sat out with a neck injury. Isray believes the release of Manning worked out for the Colts and his team in Denver:

”I think it’s perfect, said Irsay. “What’s happened is what Peyton and I hoped would happen. The desire was for him to get well and get to a team that has a chance to win another Super Bowl before his career ended. And our desire was to be able to transition to Andrew. To be so good so soon is stunning.”

The game is set for 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
