Backup and former starter Brandon Weeden is expected to be the main passer for Cleveland in Week 13 against the Jaguars. Jacksonville is coming off a win over the Texans, who are equally terrible. The Browns are a 7.5-point favorite heading into this contest, according to OddsShark.

For the Browns, they are not much better. Cleveland’s defense is surrendering 24 points per game.
