It came down to the wire in Chicago, but the Lions were able to hold off Josh McCown late to escape with the division lead.
Lions are a changed team

David BanksLions fans, meanwhile, are ecstatic to have come out on the good end of a hard-fought game. The Lions have a rough history as an NFL franchise, a history that has been pockmarked by agonizingly close losses in recent seasons. Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY SportsJohnson caught his first touchdown in the third quarter, bringing him to 62 for his career. That tied Herman Moore for the most receiving touchdowns in Lions franchise history. Johnson would later break that record late in the game with the game-winning score.
