The Titans moved back into the AFC Wild Card picture after a close win over the St. Louis Rams. They were favored by three points and managed to cover, beating the Rams, 28-21. The Titans improved to 4-4 and are 5-2-1 against the spread. Jake Locker is back to 100 percent after missing time with a hip injury.
The Jaguars had a bye week to recover after yet another big loss in Week 8. They were 16-point underdogs to the San Francisco 49ers and failed to cover even that big spread, losing, 42-10. Jacksonville is now 0-8 in the standings and 1-7 against the spread. They got even more bad news during the bye week when Justin Blackmon got suspended for the rest of the season.
