For whatever reason, it seems like NHL referees could produce their own blooper reels after every season. Not for bad calls, mind you. They just ... forget things sometimes.

Take referee Dan O'Halloran, for example. The veteran referee went to video review after a goal between the Nashville Predators and Buffalo Sabres on Saturday. It took forever for the ruling to be made, but once it was O'Halloran promptly forgot it. Hilarity ensued.
