Fulham sign Greek international Konstantinos Mitroglou

Fulham has bolstered their roster for their battle against relegation with the addition of Greek striker Konstantinos Mitroglou from Olympiakos.

Fulham have sealed a deal for Greek striker Konstantinos Mitroglou from Olympiakos for a rumored £12.5 million. The 25-year-old striker should give Fulham's attack a boost with his propensity to find the back of the net.

Mitroglou made 148 appearances for Olympiakos over six season, scoring 62 goals. The team won three Super League titles, three Greek Cups and one Greek Super Cup during that time. In addition, Mitroglou has goals in 28 international appearances for Greece, including three in the team's playoff victory against Romania that qualified them for this summer's World Cup.

He leaves Olympiakos having scored 14 goals this season, making him the top goal scorer in the Greek Super League. If he can translate that success to the Premier League, he’ll be an excellent signing of the Cottagers.
