Jermichael Finley active: Fantasy status safe against Rams despite shoulder injury
Green Bay’s Jermichael Finley will play in Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams, despite being limited in practice due to a shoulder injury. We break down the fantasy implications.
Finley has not had more than four receptions or a touchdown in any game since the season opener against the San Francisco 49ers. On the year, he has 24 receptions for 210 yards and a touchdown through six games.
Fantasy Impact: Finley will play Sunday, and as far as bye week options go, he's a good one. He has been a shaky weekly fantasy starter, however, with on-field attention lapses being a big culprit. Drops have plagued his last two seasons with the Packers, and his numbers have decline as a result. Against the Houston Texans, he had two receptions for 12 yards off four targets, all of which are season lows.
