Week 12 of the 2017 regular season is just about coming to a close with the Monday Night Football game remaining. Most fantasy football leagues will run their waiver wires late Tuesday or early Wednesday, but we are here to help you get a jump on the best options to consider.

We will be ranking the top five players likely to be available in your league at each of the four major positions. Some weeks there might not be five good options available, but we’ll scour for the best we can find. Additionally, throughout the week, we will update each of these articles as ownership percentages change and news arrives. The following ownership percentages come via CBS Sportsline entering Week 13.
Ricky Seals-Jones, Arizona Cardinals (4 percent ownership)
Normally in our waiver columns, we list the players by ownership percentage, high to low. But we need to make an exception for the Sensation With Hyphenation. The fantasy world shrugged off his two-touchdown performance last week as a one-hit wonder. A fluke. Well, guess what? Four catches, 72 yards and another touchdown. Not a fluke. Blaine Gabbert clearly loves this guy, and it’s time we started loving him too.
Welcome back, Hunter. We had pretty much left him for dead after back-to-back two-target games in Weeks 8 and 10. But in his past two games, five targets apiece. And on Thanksgiving Day, he caught all five for 76 yards and a score. It’s OK, we can trust him again.
Charles Clay, Buffalo Bills (44)
Quietly, Clay is rounding back into the form that made him so valuable before he missed three games with a knee injury. Since his return in Week 10, his targets, catches and yards have all steadily increased. On Sunday he caught all four targets for 60 yards, and with Tyrod Taylor back as the starter, the sky is the limit.
Eric Ebron, Detroit Lions (42)
Ebron keeps on getting it done, however pedestrian the results. He’s caught 8 of 11 targets over the past two weeks, his first back-to-back games with at least four catches all season. Ebron is averaging eight fantasy points per week over the last five, and can be rostered for emergency purposes.
That’s two weeks in a row with three catches for 52 yards. If he can find the end zone while maintaining those stats, there are worse options out there.
