Week 13 of the 2017 regular season is just about coming to a close with the Monday Night game remaining. Most fantasy football leagues will run their waiver wires late Tuesday or early Wednesday, but we are here to help you get a jump on the best options to consider.

We will be ranking the top five players likely to be available in your league at each of the four major positions. Some weeks there might not be five good options available, but we’ll scour for the best we can find. Additionally, throughout the week, we will update each of these articles as ownership percentages change and news arrives. The following ownership percentages come via CBS Sportsline entering Week 14.
Josh McCown, New York Jets (56 percent ownership)
Is there really anything left to say here? Does the man really need to do anything else? Another week, another three-touchdown performance, this time with two on the ground for an extra four points in four-point TD pass leagues. His 331 passing yards were his second-most this season. His Week 14-16 schedule is a little foreboding (at DEN, at NO, vs. Chargers), but he’s impervious right now. Let this man win you a championship. Please?
The Jimmy G Era in San Francisco begins with a dramatic victory, even if the fantasy output left a lot to be desired. But that was to be expected against a tough Bears pass defense. Garoppolo gets two creampuff matchups the next two weeks (at HOU, vs. TEN), so don’t sleep on this star in the making.
Gabbert had topped 20 fantasy points in his first two starts then struggled against the mighty Rams defense on Sunday. But like Garoppolo, Gabbert has a much easier time of it in Weeks 14-16, (vs. TEN, at WAS, vs. NYG). As long as Larry Fitzgerald and the rest of the Arizona receivers are healthy, Gabbert is going to put up numbers.
Aaron Rodgers is probably coming back in Week 15, but before Hundley exits stage left, he gets a fantastic matchup against the winless Browns in Week 14. Hundley was extremely disappointing in a similarly good spot on Sunday, but he had three solid outings out of four before that, so he’s worth a look for QB streamers this week.
Tom Savage, Houston Texans (6)
Savage had his best game as a pro on Sunday, completing 31 of 49 passes for a career-high 351 yards and a touchdown, despite losing three receivers to injury during the game. Now he carries some momentum into a juicy Week 14 matchup with the 49ers, making him another great spot starter for an owner needing a home run to make the playoffs.
