Jah Reid Carted Off At Ravens Practice

Like 23 other teams, the Baltimore Ravens are wrapping up mandatory minicamp this week. On Thursday, they received a potential scare when offensive lineman Jah Reid was carted off the field, according to a report from Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times.

The type of injury and severity are undetermined, but his right leg was extended on the cart as he was driven off the field to the training room.

It could be something minor, but you never want to see a player getting carted off the field. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh gave no update on Reid’s condition after practice.

At first glance, the Ravens look set at offensive tackle with Bryant McKinnie and Michael Oher, but McKinnie didn't work out this week due to conditioning concerns.

Reid, an offensive tackle out of Central Florida, was the Ravens’ third-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft.
