Blackmon was listed as questionable on the official injury report, but he stated on Friday that there was no question he was going to play against the Chargers.
Blackmon has played in just two games this season after missing four games due to an NFL suspension, and has been electric for the offensively-challenged Jaguars. In two games, Blackmon has 19 catches for 326 yards and one touchdown, including 14 catches against Denver last week.
