Games from Foxborough, Massachusetts all the way down to Miami, Florida will be dealing with rain showers. These include the games in Pittsburgh, New York City, Cincinnati, as well as those for Patriots and Dolphins.
Snow, cold and wind are possible in Chicago for the Bears, Packers game. Shouldn’t be the kind of snow we had in Philidelphia a few weeks back but still could be an issue for the teams on the field. The best palce to play this weekend is in California where it will be mild and sunny.

While this game may have had little postseason implication for both teams, it was still a hard-fought divisional game.
The problem for the Redskins, and the key statistic in the game, was turnovers. Washington fumbled the ball three times, and Grossman also threw an interception. That was what negated their 20 first downs which they gained throughout the game.

The Oakland Raiders have done something rather curious and impressive: in defeating the Kansas City Chiefs 31-10 on Sunday, they completed a six-game sweep of the AFC West. They defeated the Chiefs, Chargers and Broncos twice each in 2010, and still managed to only finish 8-8 on the year.
Michael Bush was the key to Oakland’s sixth and final divisional win of the season. He ran all over the playoff-bound Chiefs, totaling 137 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. Jacoby Ford added a touchdown run on a reverse, and Jason Campbell added 155 passing yards and a touchdown to Chaz Schilens.

It was still a divisional grudge match and neither team wanted to lose this game. Unfortunately for Minnesota, Detroit wanted to win it more and they did it with their passing game.

Who needs rest? The New England Patriots, having already sewn up an AFC East title and a first-round bye in the NFL playoffs, played their starters well into the third quarter and completely dominated the Miami Dolphins in their regular season finale, winning by a final score of 38-7.
Tom Brady threw for 199 yards and two touchdowns, and then his backup, Brian Hoyer, came into the game and threw for another 122 yards and a score against Miami’s overwhelmed defense. Julian Edelman returned a punt 94 yards for a touchdown, and BenJarvus Green-Ellis added a score and 80 rushing yards on 20 carries.

Rashard Mendenhall added two scores of his own, even though the Browns held him to just 36 rushing yards on 14 carries. Pittsburgh’s league-best defense forced three turnovers - all interceptions of Colt McCoy - in the blowout win, with Troy Polamalu pulling in the first of those three picks.

Carson Palmer drove the Cincinnati Bengals down to the Baltimore Ravens’ two-yard line with seconds remaining in the ball game, but an incomplete pass well over the head of Alvin Pearman on fourth down from that spot preserved a 13-7 win for the host Baltimore Ravens.
Cincinnati, trailing 13-0 in the fourth quarter, got a late score from Jerome Simpson to cut into Baltimore’s lead, but could not quite complete the comeback. They end their 2010 campaign with a 4-12 record.
